Gman truly enjoyed his Valentine's Day. He awoke in the morning to a Spidy bag full of Valentine goodies. We then took him to the mall in Sacramento so he could go to the Disney store and make a teddy bear for Valentine's from Grandma and Papa. We also went to mall so I could walk and walk and try to progress labor - but nothing. Oh well, Gannon had a great day and so did the rest of us! Hope you did too.
Today was my last day in the office. Believe it or not...I will miss my cute office and the wonderful women that work with me.
I remember Valentine parties at school when I was little - and I loved them! Maybe it was the color red, or the love in the air, or the fact that I received mail...whatever it was, I enjoyed the day very much. Well, Gannon had his Valentine party at school today and Richard and I went with him. What a great morning we spent at NAPS! The kids exchanged their Valentines, decorated and enjoyed cookies and played. Fun, fun, fun.
Out of the blue...our little guy asked to learn golf. We're not certain where he learned about this sport or why he was suddenly interested, but we went with it. Richard got some of his clubs out and they hit some balls in the backyard. Savion had a blast fetching the balls.
Today was a fantastic and lovely day. My best girlfriends and Mom threw me a wonderful, sweet and pink baby shower. I felt very "showered" with love. Thank you to all of my dear friends and family for your love and support. I can't wait for my little girl to be loved by you...the way you have all loved me, my husband and my little guy.
Richard had weigh-in's this evening...and he made weight - 202 pounds!!! Way to go babe...I know how hard you worked to make weight.
Papa, Daddy and Gannon attended the Sportmen's Expo today. They all had such a great day - boys only type of day! Bows and arrows, boats, ducks, guns and fishing...what more could a guy want?!
Grandma alway buys Gannon the cutest clothes...but this outfit is definitely one of my favories. Isn't my little guy so cute?!
Yes, it is pink...and I love it. We still have a few touches to complete in her room (like putting her name on the wall and adding photos of her on the wall), but for the most part - it is ready for her arrival.
Polar bear plunge! Every year Richard jumps into our freezing cold pool to celebrate the new year (crazy, I know) and this year...his mini-me decided to jump in as well. Gannon thought it would be great - and when his little head popped up out of the water, I could see on his face that he wished he hadn't done that. Luckily, Mommy had a warm bath ready for her polar bears to enjoy.
